Login Steps:

** Visit the official home page of GSI (Geological Survey of India) portal or www.gsi.gov.in

** After that click on the External Sign Up Button.

** Then you will be redirect on the GSI Portal register or Sign Up page as the External public. Here you will have to fill a form with your credentials, which are in the manners.

a) left side fill with the First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Gender, Organization Name, E-mail ID and Address details.

b) On Right side fill with the User Name, Password, Conform Password, Country, Mobile No, Pincode, Purpose and Salutation. And at the last put captcha & check out the Terms and Conditions box.

** Then click on the Sign Up button. Now you are registered the portal.

Note: But keep it on your mind that, this “User Name and Password” you have to put on the login page.

** Next visit home page again and click on External Sign In button.

** After clicking you will redirected on Login page.

** Here, just give your ‘User name and Password’ then go for login. Now you are successfully login GSI portal.

GSI Portal Employee Sign In

For login the portal as an employee follow those simple steps

** Visit GSI portal’s home page or click here.

** Then click on Employee Sign In button.

** After clicking, you will be forwarded on Employee login page.

** Now in this page just fill with your official User Name & Password.

** Then finally go with the login button. Hence you are login as employee.

Now you can see the option for land under location that which under Khatian, under Govt. Land or Forest. You have to choose only the ‘None’ option of them.

Now your deed application form or e-requisition form is submitted to wbregistration.gov.in portal.

Condition to get subsidy by Gruha Jyothi Scheme

** Your previous financial year’s average bill must be less than 200 units, then you will eligible for the scheme.

** your previous 12 months average bill have to be same with the latest month bill consumption, in this situation your bill will be zero, according rule’s of scheme.

Calculation with example:

previous financial year = March 2022 to April 2023, in this duration month count is 12.

Let, last 12 months your bill consumption is 1800 units.

So average per month consumption is equal to 1800/12 = 150 units.

After calculation your average consumption of electricity is 150 units, now you are applicable for Gruha Jyothi subsidy. If your bill will cross 200 units, then you will not be applicable for this scheme.

Calculation Note:

Now assume your present month consumption is 165 units. Then you will pay for extra consumption units, mean (165-150) = 15 units. And if you consume less that average consumption (less than 150units), in this situation your bill will be zero.

From the official notification we know, we can apply for one meter by the one aadhaar card.
